Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions and set aside.

- Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
- Pour in soy sauce and toss everything together.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles and combine well.
- Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
