- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Cook the turkey bacon until crisp, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and mushrooms, sauté until tender.
- Add chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Top each chicken breast with mushrooms, bacon, and mozzarella.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
