Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble it into pieces.
  2. In the same pot, brown the ground turkey until fully cooked.
  3. Add the onion and cook until translucent.
  4. Stir in the potatoes, chicken broth, garlic powder, paprika, and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  6. Stir in the milk and cheddar cheese until melted and heated through.
  7. Top with crumbled turkey bacon before serving.
