- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, bacon, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cheddar cheese, and sunflower seeds.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
