- 8 Biscoff cookies
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- 1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to the whipped cream and gently fold until combined.
- Quickly dip each Biscoff cookie in the brewed coffee and layer them at the bottom of a serving dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the cookies.
- Repeat the layering process with another layer of dipped cookies and the remaining mascarpone mixture.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee.
- Letting the tiramisu sit overnight enhances the taste.
