- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup whole wheat flour

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add the sugar, almond milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine whole wheat flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, consider adding nuts or chocolate chips.
- Serving with a drizzle of vegan frosting can add sweetness.
