- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, and dried dill.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the Dijon mixture evenly over each fillet.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- For added flavor, marinate the salmon in the Dijon mixture for 30 minutes before baking.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or over a bed of rice.
