Instructions
- Boil diced potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool.
- In a bowl, combine cooled potatoes, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and half of the crumbled turkey bacon.
- Mix gently until everything is well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into serving dishes and top with the remaining turkey bacon and chopped green onions.
- Sprinkle paprika on top for color before serving.
