- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
- Slowly add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the dough and place it in a greased deep dish pan.
- Layer the bottom with mozzarella cheese, followed by turkey bacon and pizza sauce.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- Allow to cool briefly before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add fresh basil on top before serving.
- Experiment with different toppings as per your preference.
