- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 cup brewed espresso
- 1/2 cup coffee liqueur
- 1 package ladyfinger cookies
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in the mascarpone cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine brewed espresso and coffee liqueur.
- Dip each ladyfinger in the coffee mixture quickly, then layer them in a dish.
- Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
Notes
- For an extra layer of flavor, you can add a sprinkle of cinnamon to the cocoa powder.
- Make sure to use fresh ladyfingers for the best texture.
