- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g butter
- 150g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 120g all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Melt the chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
- Add the melted chocolate mixture and vanilla extract to the eggs.
- Stir in the cayenne pepper, flour, and salt until just combined.
- Pour the batter into tart shells and bake for 20 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more cayenne pepper.
- Serve with whipped cream for contrast.
