- 2 large tortillas
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup corn, drained
- 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, turkey bacon, black beans, corn, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
- Add ranch dressing and mix well.
- Lay the tortillas flat and distribute the mixture evenly.
- Wrap tightly and slice in half.
- Serve with additional dressing if desired.
Notes
- For extra crunch, add sliced jalapenos.
- Feel free to substitute grilled chicken for shredded.
