Instructions
- Brown the Italian sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Transfer the browned sausage to the crockpot.
- Add chicken broth, diced tomatoes, tortellini, spinach, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper to the crockpot.
- Stir everything together and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Before serving, stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
