- 4 large potatoes, diced
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chives, chopped
Instructions
- In a crockpot, combine potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, onion, and garlic.
- Add chicken broth and stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in heavy cream, salt, and pepper; cook for an additional 20 minutes.
- Garnish with chives before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of cheese on top before serving.
- This soup can easily be made vegetarian by omitting the meats and using vegetable broth.
