Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, onion, and garlic.
  2. Add chicken broth and stir well.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until potatoes are tender.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, salt, and pepper; cook for an additional 20 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chives before serving.

Notes
