- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 12 ounces pasta of your choice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, chicken broth, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
- Shred the chicken in the crockpot and mix everything together.
- Add the cooked pasta to the crockpot and stir until well combined.
Notes
- For an extra burst of flavor, add some red pepper flakes.
- You can use any type of pasta you prefer.
