Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.

- Remove chicken and shred it, then return to the crockpot.
- Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until combined.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then add to the crockpot and mix well.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
