- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 2 cups penne pasta
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix together the garlic, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Before serving, remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the crockpot.
- Add the penne pasta and parmesan cheese, stirring to combine.
- Cook for an additional 20-30 minutes until the pasta is tender.
Notes
- For added creaminess, stir in a splash of heavy cream before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
