- 2 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Place the beef roast in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the roast.
- Pour the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce into the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender.
- Shred the beef with two forks and mix it back into the juices.
- Serve on hoagie rolls topped with provolone cheese.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add sliced onions and bell peppers to the crockpot.
