- 2 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 sandwich rolls
- 1 cup provolone cheese, sliced
Instructions
- Place the beef chuck roast in the crockpot.
- Add the beef broth, sliced onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender.
- Shred the beef with two forks and return to the crockpot.
- Serve the beef on sandwich rolls topped with provolone cheese.

- For extra flavor, let the meat cook overnight on low.
