Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the CrockPot.
- Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken before adding the tortellini and spinach.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes until the tortellini is cooked through.
