- 2 pounds beef tips
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine beef tips, onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to the crockpot and add the sliced mushrooms.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
- Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
Notes
- For a thicker gravy, you can add a cornstarch slurry during the last hour of cooking.
- Feel free to add additional vegetables like carrots or peas.
