- 6 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a crock pot, combine diced potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and onion.
- Pour in the chicken broth and season with garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the potatoes are tender.
- Stir in the heavy cream before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding some shredded cheese on top when serving.
- Leftovers can be re-thinned with additional chicken broth when reheating.
