- 1.5 pounds chicken thighs
- 1 cup bourbon
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix together bourbon, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve with green onions on top.
Notes
- For a thicker sauce, remove the chicken 30 minutes before serving and reduce the sauce in a saucepan.
