Instructions

  1. Place the beef in the slow cooker.
  2. Add the carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic on top of the beef.
  3. In a bowl, mix the beef broth, thyme, rosemary, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the broth mixture over the ingredients in the slow cooker.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
