- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, then mix in the heavy cream and vanilla extract.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture.
- Pour the batter into cupcake liners and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Let them cool and then top them with caramelized sugar.
Notes
- For best results, use room temperature ingredients.
- Make sure to caramelize the sugar just before serving.
