- 1 pound Brussels sprouts
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and boil them for about 10 minutes.
- Drain and let cool slightly, then smash each sprout with a fork.
- Arrange smashed sprouts on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the sprouts.
- Chop turkey bacon and sprinkle it on top.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until crispy and golden.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- For extra crunch, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
