- 4 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, coat the beef slices with cornflour.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the beef until crispy.
- Add the garlic, onion, and bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes.
- Pour in the sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes, ensuring everything is coated.

- Adjust sweetness by altering the amount of sweet chilli sauce.
