- 2 salmon fillets
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop it.
- In the same skillet, add the salmon fillets and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Remove the salmon and set aside. In the skillet, add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir until combined.
- Add spinach and chopped bacon to the skillet. Cook until the spinach wilts.
- Return the salmon to the skillet, coating it in the creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
