Creamy Tuscan Salmon with Turkey Bacon and Spinach Bliss

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop it.
  2. In the same skillet, add the salmon fillets and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. Remove the salmon and set aside. In the skillet, add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir until combined.
  4. Add spinach and chopped bacon to the skillet. Cook until the spinach wilts.
  5. Return the salmon to the skillet, coating it in the creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve immediately.
