Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic; sauté for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked tortellini and crumbled turkey bacon; toss to coat.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley.

- For a vegetarian option, omit the turkey bacon.
