- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and mushrooms, sauté until tender.
- Stir in turkey bacon and ricotta cheese; mix well.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and combine.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.

- For a vegetarian option, omit turkey bacon.
