- 2 ripe mangoes
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1/4 cup cold water
Instructions
- Puree the mangoes in a blender until smooth.
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In a small saucepan, combine gelatin and cold water, then heat until gelatin is dissolved.
- Mix the dissolved gelatin with the mango puree and sugar, then fold in the whipped cream.
- Pour the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.

- For extra flavor, consider adding lime juice to the mango puree.
