Instructions
- Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

- Add onion and garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes.
- Reduce heat and add heavy cream. Stir until combined.
- Mix in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Add cooked rigatoni to the sauce, stirring to coat. Season with salt.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
