Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs.
- In a large pot, add chicken broth and diced tomatoes, then bring to a boil.
- Add meatballs to the pot and simmer until cooked through.
- Stir in spinach and heavy cream, then season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
