  • 8 ounces egg noodles

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and garlic; sauté until translucent.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Stir in the mushrooms and cook until soft.
  4. Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce; simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the sour cream and mix until smooth, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. In another pot, cook egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and stir into the beef mixture.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

  • For a richer flavor, let the stroganoff sit for a few minutes before serving.
