Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet, cooking until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, then add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Toss the cooked fettuccine with the creamy shrimp sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- For added flavor, consider using white wine in place of some of the cream.
