- 1 pound chicken thighs, diced

- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 4 ounces ramen noodles
- 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the chicken broth over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and soy sauce, then add red chili flakes.
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then add to the pot.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less chili flakes.
- For a vegetarian version, substitute chicken with tofu.
