- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
- Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and scrape the bottom of the skillet to loosen any browned bits.
- Add heavy cream and thyme, and bring to a simmer.
- Return chicken to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Serve with pasta or rice for a complete meal.
