Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
  3. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and scrape the bottom of the skillet to loosen any browned bits.
  6. Add heavy cream and thyme, and bring to a simmer.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
