Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add heavy cream and thyme, return chicken to the skillet, and simmer until chicken is cooked through.
