Ingredients

- 1 pound potato gnocchi
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Add the potato gnocchi to the pot and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, chopped spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for about 3-5 minutes, or until the gnocchi is tender and the sauce has thickened.
- Stir in the cooked turkey bacon just before serving.

- This dish is best served immediately, but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
