Ingredients

  • 1 pound potato gnocchi
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  3. Add the potato gnocchi to the pot and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in the shredded chicken, chopped spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook for about 3-5 minutes, or until the gnocchi is tender and the sauce has thickened.
  6. Stir in the cooked turkey bacon just before serving.
