Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil, onion, and garlic. Sauté until onion is translucent.
- Add chicken breasts and Cajun seasoning. Cook until chicken is no longer pink.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Add the cooked pasta, bell pepper, and crumbled turkey bacon. Toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
