Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
- Add diced chicken breast and season with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
- Stir in bell pepper and garlic; cook until softened.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring well. Add Parmesan cheese and mix until smooth.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
