- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the cubed chicken and cook until browned.
- Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
- Stir in the bell pepper, onion, and garlic; sauté until the vegetables are tender.
- Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning over the mixture and cook for an additional minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted.
- Toss the cooked fettuccine into the sauce and mix well.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- For a spicier dish, add extra Cajun seasoning.
- This recipe can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
