- 8 ounces fettuccine
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Add diced chicken to the skillet; sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Add garlic, bell pepper, and onion to the skillet; sauté until softened.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth. Add cooked fettuccine and bacon to the sauce, tossing to combine.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, add more Cajun seasoning.
- This dish can also be made with shrimp instead of chicken.
