- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

Instructions
- In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
- Add diced chicken breast to the skillet and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Add cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, increase the amount of Cajun seasoning.
