- 2 slices turkey bacon

Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Spread mashed avocado on one slice of bread.
- Add crispy turkey bacon and cheese on top.
- Top with the other slice of bread.
- Grill until golden brown and cheese is melted, flipping halfway.
