Ingredients

- 4 ounces turkey bacon
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 slices toast
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble it into pieces.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour to form a roux.
- Slowly whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir in the crumbled turkey bacon.
- Serve the creamed mixture over toasted slices of bread.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute regular bacon if desired.
- This can also be served on biscuits for a different twist.
