Ingredients

- 12 ounces fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine water and sugar over medium heat until dissolved.
- Add cranberries and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until cranberries burst, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in lemon juice and remove from heat.
- Let cool, then refrigerate until thickened.

- For a twist, add orange zest or cinnamon for extra flavor.
