- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it begins to simmer.
- Remove from heat and add in the white chocolate chips, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Stir in the chopped cranberries, pistachios, and vanilla extract.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 2 hours until firm.
- Once firm, scoop out small amounts and roll them into balls.
- Roll the truffles in cocoa powder to coat.
- Refrigerate again until ready to serve.
Notes
- For a more intense chocolate flavor, use dark chocolate instead of white.
- Add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors.
