- 1 package filo pastry sheets
- 8 ounces brie cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 8 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lay filo pastry sheets on a baking tray and cut them into squares.
- Place a piece of brie cheese, a spoonful of cranberry sauce, and some crumbled turkey bacon on each square.
- Sprinkle with fresh thyme.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- These bites can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
