- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the corn, turkey bacon, red bell pepper, and green onions.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the corn mixture and stir until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, add diced celery.
